Matthew Williams
 Soccer Director

To say that Matthew has a passion for community service is a bit of an understatement. For the last seven years he has been serving as a Sunday school teacher and is also pursuing a license to be a Lay Minister in the United Church of Christ. He’s been an active member of multiple boards and is a current board member for the Pro Football Hall of Fame Festival, but is also quick to get his hands dirty as a soccer coach. Matthew is a trained grade 8 U.S. Soccer Federation referee, completed the Coerver Coaching Seminar, and has also completed the OYSAN Youth 6 – 8 Soccer Coaching course. In addition, he’s completed the Treu-Mart Youth Development Fellowship Program offered by Case Western Reserve University to expand his awareness as a community leader in youth development and resilience. He also holds a B.S. in Political Science/Criminal Justice from the University of Akron. Matthew says, “I’m passionate about teaching youth something new.”

Brittney Rzucidlo
Senior Program Manager

Brittney is a Cleveland native who graduated from Miami University of Ohio in 2011 with a Creative Writing Degree. Once she graduated she knew she wanted to find a position that would allow her to use her writing skills to make a difference in Cleveland. She began working for The Literacy Cooperative in 2013, as an intern and then as their part-time Social Media Associate. Brittney initially joined America SCORES as a Writing Coach, and then as an AmeriCorps member, to help the youth in Cleveland find their voice and be able to express themselves through creative writing in ways they may not have been able to before. In January 2018 Brittney joined the America SCORES staff as Program & Communications Coordinator to increase brand awareness and the impact that the program has on Cleveland’s youth.  In her spare time, she enjoys reading and working on her own writing including a novel and a book of short stories

Kloby Reddy
Program Operations Manager

Kloby graduated from Denison University in 2018 with a B.S. in Biology.  Although her career path was initially centered around research and data analysis, her passion for working with youth in Cleveland was sparked early on.  She has worked in a variety of youth centered spaces including giving presentations and tours at the Cleveland Aquarium, tutoring, running learning pods, organizing summer learning experiences, and creating hands-on curriculum.  In September 2022, Kloby joined America SCORES Cleveland as the Program Operations Manager.  SCORES mission to combine physical activity and literacy has bolstered her passion for providing equitable and engaging after school programming for the youth in Cleveland.  In her spare time, Kloby enjoys painting and drawing, spending time with friends and family, and reading.

Ramona Paul
Program Coordinator

Ramona Paul graduated from the University of Akron with a bachelor’s degree  in English and Creative Writing. She began playing soccer at age 7, started coaching at age 15 and moved back to London in 2012 to pursue a career as a coach. This led to 6 years of coaching female, youth aged 2-18, adults and children with disabilities, club, elite, recreational and everything in between.

In 2018 she moved to Ghana to coach with a club in a rural village and attended an International Youth tournament in Sweden. Though soccer has taken her all over the world, writing has been there the whole time as well. She is an avid reader and prolific writer, who most enjoys the poetry of Ohio native Mary Oliver. From September 2019, she has worked for America SCORES Cleveland as a coach and now program coordinator. SCORES brings together her three passions of soccer, writing and community service in a beautiful way. She currently also works for three other soccer organizations that span from 2 year old beginners to high school elite, and is a certified referee. Ramona’s main goal in life is to give more to the world, than she’s taken and to share her love of poetry and soccer with as many people as possible and has found America SCORES Cleveland to be the perfect place to do so.
